Facilities

The private beach, for example, has a rustic gazebo, a barbecue area, and a boat ramp. For friendly gatherings, there is a clubhouse with a patio area and a large free-form swimming pool. The tennis courts are adjacent to the clubhouse. White Horse Run Stables offers fenced show and exercise fields, and there are trails for riding, jogging, or hiking that wind for miles through the surrounding National Forest.

Wooded home sites are spacious, and every effort is made to preserve the beauty of the trees, plants, and gently rolling terrain. Homes are designed and constructed to complement each site.
